She’s built a reputation for spotting great professional talent and connecting them with roles that truly align—not just on paper, but in values, working style, and long-term fit. Her superpower? Deep relationship-building and a sixth sense for what makes a match actually work.

Rosie believes great professionals don’t always work a 9–5. And great hiring doesn’t come from rigid processes or ticking boxes. At HeyLuna, she champions flexible, values-driven recruitment that supports companies to grow without losing what makes them special.

Outside of HeyLuna, Rosie wears a few other hats. She runs a thriving coaching business, parents two gorgeous babies and finds time to plunge into icy waters for wild swims at every possible occasion.
